Staff Nurse

We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and versatile Staff Nurse to manage clinical procedures and front-office duties. The ideal candidate will combine clinical precision (especially in phlebotomy and basic patient care) with excellent communication skills to coordinate daily follow-ups, welcome patients, and maintain seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Duties:
• Perform routine blood sample collection (phlebotomy) safely and smoothly with minimal patient discomfort.
• Administer injections (IM/IV), check and record vitals, and assist doctors during examinations/minor procedures.
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
• Monitor stock of clinical consumables, vaccines, and emergency medicines.
• Reception & Front Desk Management:
• Warmly greet patients, manage registrations, and coordinate appointments and token flow.
• Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and assist with billing or receipt generation.
• Maintain clean, organized front-desk and patient waiting areas.
• Daily Follow-ups & Coordination:
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls with patients regarding treatment progress, lab test results, and next appointments.
• Coordinate with diagnostic labs for timely sample pickups and report dispatch.
• Send reminders for scheduled visits, medication refills, or diagnostic reviews.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
