• Provided comprehensive nursing care to patients according to individual healthcare needs and treatment plans.
• Monitored and recorded patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, intake/output, and progress.
• Administered medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assisted doctors with examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Maintained accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Provided pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to surgical patients.
• Monitored patients for changes in condition and promptly reported abnormalities to the medical team.
• Maintained infection-control, aseptic, and patient-safety standards.
• Educated patients and their families regarding medications, treatment, hygiene, diet, and discharge instructions.
• Assisted in wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
• Coordinated with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Responded appropriately to medical emergencies and supported resuscitation procedures when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
