Pulse Medi Care Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and responsible Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates should have strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to provide safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure proper patient hygiene, comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Observe and promptly report changes in patients' conditions to the concerned doctors.
• Follow infection prevention, control, and hospital safety protocols.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and follow-up instructions.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication, and basic healthcare practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in shift handovers.
• Follow professional nursing standards, ethical practices, and hospital policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
