Staff Nurse

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
• Assess patients' conditions and promptly report changes to the treating physician.
• Maintain infection prevention, control, and patient safety standards.
• Perform wound dressing and other nursing procedures as required.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and maintenance of a clean patient-care environment.
• Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Participate in shift handovers and emergency response activities.

Qualifications: BSC , GNM , ANM
