Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse – Labour Room to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to mothers during labour and delivery.
• Assist obstetricians during normal and emergency deliveries.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labour.
• Maintain labour room instruments, equipment, and a clean, aseptic environment.
• Provide compassionate support, guidance, and counselling to patients and their families.
• Follow hospital policies, obstetric protocols, and emergency-care procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Labour Room / Delivery cases preferred.
• PV Process Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric protocols and emergency care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.

Location: Navachethana Hospital, Yealhanka New Town, Banglore.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
