STAFF NURSE (POST BASIC / GENERAL CARE)

The Nurses are accountable for providing professional nursing care to patients within a hospital unit, clinic, or other healthcare setting. They adhere to established nursing standards, hospital policies, and legal/ethical frameworks to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

1.To adhere to the Nursing Department and our hospital’s procedures, policies and standards in executing daily task and keeping up to the date with changes.
2.To adhere to nursing schedules which consist of rotation shifts to cover 24-hour patient care.
3.To maintain infection control and prevention practices in the hospital.
4.To solves customer/patients’ problems and complaints.
5.To interact with customers/patients and family in a caring and confident manner while maintaining customers/patients’ confidentiality.
6.To supervise the works carried out by staff from supporting category.
7.To communicate and coordinate with internal departments on all medical appointments and its related matters.
8.To learn about the hospitals products or services and keep up-to-date changes.

Requirements:
1.Diploma/Degree in Nursing and registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
2.Post Basic qualification relevant in specialty / discipline.
3.Commendable leadership and people management skills with strong sense of responsibility, commitment, high level of team spirit and self-discipline.
4.Ability to clearly and concisely communicate medical information to non-medical team/customers/patients at all levels.
5.Able to work in challenging and vibrant environment.
