Staff Nurse, RN

The Staff Nurse at Alpha IVF Tugueugarao Inc. plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Staff Nurse works closely with specialists, patients, and their families to provide physical, emotional, and psychological support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Support

• Collaborate with specialists and staff to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Establish rapport with patients to understand their care needs and improve service experience.

2. Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance

• Support implementation of nursing standards and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor care quality and recommend improvements based on health outcomes and performance standards.
• Assist in patient scheduling, staff assignments, and follow-up on care delivery results.

3. Adherence to Policy & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to the Department of Health regulations and Alpha IVF’s internal standards.
• Review, update, and enforce nursing policies and procedures.
• Develop and interpret medication protocols and storage procedures under the guidance of the Centre Manager.

4. Staff Support & Team Collaboration

• Serve as a clinical resource for team members and participate in problem-solving.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to staff for performance evaluations.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment through clear communication and collaboration.

5. Confidentiality & Safety

• Protect patient confidentiality and ensure proper information handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment through proper procedures and regulations.

6. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Duties

• Assist in auditing patient care records and conducting research on staffing and equipment investments.
• Communicate and coordinate with external departments for clinical or operational needs.
• Undertake special assignments and cover for colleagues across departments when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
