Staff Performance Engineer-Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda etc.
• Monitor application performance using tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic and Grafana to identify bottlenecks and optimize system resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performing architectures that meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance tuning and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5.5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in cloud computing (AWS) and performance engineering.
• Strong understanding of Python programming language and its applications in scripting automation tasks.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic and Grafana is essential.
