What they need
- S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
- Minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang HR (khususnya Performance Management, OD, atau HR Generalist). Fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang/proyek di bidang Performance System dipersilakan melamar.
- Menguasai metodologi manajemen kinerja seperti KPI (Key Performance Indicators), OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), BSC (Balanced Scorecard), serta siklus Performance Appraisal (Penilaian Kinerja).
- Mampu mengolah data kinerja menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas) atau tools visualisasi data (Power BI/Tableau).
- Komunikasi yang baik, memiliki kemampuan diplomasi, assertive, serta mampu berkolaborasi dengan berbagai divisi/departemen.
