Educational / Experience Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited school of cardiovascular perfusion (or OJT and current ABCP certification); Advanced knowledge and proficiency in components of perfusion practice and their application in highly technical and sophisticated environments.

Bachelor of Science degree with concentration in biological science; Three to Four Years of Experience; General computer skills

Licensure/Certification

Board certified (or eligible) by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion Certification shall be obtained from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion within 2 years of commencement of employment. Eligible or current PA licensure with adherence to all state regulations and health codes that govern perfusionists.
