STAFF PERSONAL ADMIN

About the role

Personal Admin role responsible for managing employee administration, personnel documents, and HRIS operations using Sunfish system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee administration and personnel documents in an organized and structured manner
• Perform input, update, and monitoring of employee data
• Create periodic administration reports
• Manage documents in both digital and hardcopy formats
• Operate Sunfish HRIS system and perform input and update of master employee data
• Manage attendance/absensi through HRIS and conduct checking and monitoring of attendance data
• Understand and assist with employee leave/izin/cuti processes
• Support employee data administration and reporting through HRIS
• Check for data discrepancies/errors in the system and coordinate with HR/IT/vendor

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Administration, Management, HR, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Personal Admin/HR Admin/Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to understand and operate Sunfish HRIS system (required)
• Experience with Sunfish Employee Information module or HR module is preferred
• Detail-oriented with high attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and responsive in supporting employee needs
• Able to work independently and in a team
