Staff Pharmacist

• Dispense prescribed medications and ensure accurate dosage, form, and frequency.
• Review and interpret physician orders for therapeutic appropriateness.
• Monitor patient drug therapy for interactions, contraindications, and side effects.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain and update medication inventory, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and DOH/FDA standards.
• Participate in clinical rounds and support physicians in selecting optimal drug therapies.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of medications.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (PRC Registered).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Preferably with hospital or clinical pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and hospital formulary systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
