Staff Pharmacist

Job Summary:

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing professional pharmaceutical care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves assisting customers, reviewing prescriptions, and supporting overall pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
• Provide medication counseling and health-related advice to customers.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals regarding patient medication concerns.
• Support daily pharmacy operations and customer service activities.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
• Fresh graduates and newly licensed pharmacists are welcome to apply.

Experience:

• Previous work experience is an advantage but not required.
