Staff Pharmacist

About the job

At OnPoint Pharmacy, we are reshaping community pharmacy by combining modern healthcare with personalized service and strong provider relationships. Our mission is to help pharmacists become a more trusted and integral part of a patient’s healthcare experience.

We’re looking for high-performing pharmacists who take ownership and are ready to lead.

Who You Are

You thrive on competition and innovation.

You’re passionate about building relationships with healthcare providers.

What Makes This Role Different

At OnPoint, we don’t operate like a traditional pharmacy that waits for patients to show up.

We’re looking for someone who notices when scripts aren’t moving - and does something about it.

Our pharmacists:

• Take initiative instead of waiting for direction
• Have strong opinions and aren’t afraid to share them
• Hold their team accountable while supporting them
• Stay focused on what matters most: getting prescriptions filled, verified, and into the hands of patients
• Look for ways to increase adherence, strengthen patient relationships, and grow demand, not just react to it

We believe pharmacy should be proactive, not reactive.

Why OnPoint?

OnPoint is not just another pharmacy. We’re building a modern model with bigger goals and leaders who want to help shape how pharmacy works.

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
