STAFF PHARMACIST

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with physicians' orders, hospital policies, and applicable regulations.
• Review and validate medication orders to ensure appropriate dosage, compatibility, and patient safety.
• Provide drug information and medication counseling to physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor medication inventory, proper storage, and controlled substance documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote safe, effective, and quality pharmaceutical care while participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & experience

• Licensed Pharmacist (PRC)
• With or without experience
