Staff Pharmacist

About the Role:
CoMo Compounding is seeking a full time Staff Pharmacist to join our team. This role includes five scheduled shifts per week (approximately 40 hours). This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who wants creative work in a specialized compounding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill prescriptions and oversee compounding processes in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the highest standards of patient safety
• Provide clinical expertise and support to patients and staff as needed
• Assist with quality control and inventory management during assigned shifts

Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Pharmacist license (in good standing) – Required
• Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy – Preferred, but on-site training regardless
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule:

• Five shifts per week (routine)
