Staff Pharmacist

Job Summary

Staff Pharmacist, under the direct supervision of the Senior Pharmacist, provides pharmaceutical care according to processes and standards established by the University of Cebu Medical Center, Inc., the local and international regulatory board.

Responsible for reviewing medication order, filling and dispensing drugs and medical supplies for the in-patients and out-patients as prescribed by licensed physicians for appropriateness and patient safety.

Responsible for maintaining potency and availability of drug products through monitoring of product’s integrity, expiration date inventory levels of drug products identified to be part of UCMed’s drug list.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist

• With or without experience
