Staff Pharmacist Part or Full-Time

Summers Pharmacy, an independently owned collection of 12 locations across west-central Missouri, is seeking a full-time MO licensed pharmacist (20-40 hours weekly) for a Staff Pharmacist position in our Clinton, MO location.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Lives the Summers Pharmacy Mission, Key Characteristics and Critical Actions each day.

· Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.

· Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the location’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.

· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates location procedures and workflow.

· Executes policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.

· Ensures work environments are adequate and safe and maintains compliance with state BOP.

· Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned store; purchasing, sales, labor, and expenses, ensuring the location is reaching goals set by company leadership.

· Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; for major changes, meets with area operations staff to discuss changes, ask questions, and maintain morale.

Pay: $131,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
