About the role

Responsible for managing administration and recording of company receivables accurately and efficiently. This role involves handling customer receivables documentation, invoice management, payment follow-up, and financial reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform recording and monitoring of customer receivables on each sales transaction
• Manage invoice administration and billing document management
• Send invoices/bills and conduct payment follow-up
• Prepare and update receivables reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth billing process
• Perform reconciliation of receivables data with financial reports
• Archive transaction documents neatly and systematically

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial administration/receivables field (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work within specified targets
• Able to work both in teams and individually
• Understanding of accounting/financial systems is preferred
