Staff PPIC

About the role

This role involves planning and controlling production and inventory operations, including scheduling production, calculating material requirements, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with production and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule production plans
• Calculate material requirements and control safety stock
• Monitor raw material inventory, warehouse stock, and delivery processes
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing departments for production continuity
• Prepare PPIC reports and monitor production targets
• Ensure material usage follows FIFO system
• Conduct stock opname and inventory monitoring
• Analyze PPIC data as basis for process improvement

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in any discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)
• Knowledge of inventory control, safety stock, and FIFO system
• Able to create and analyze production reports
• Good communication and coordination skills
