What they need
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Teknik Industri, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama (PPC), diutamakan pernah bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur
- Memahami proses perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi (production planning & control)
- Mampu menyusun dan memonitor jadwal produksi agar sesuai target dan tenggat waktu
- Terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan bagian produksi, gudang, PPIC, dan purchasing
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan menyusun laporan produksi
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (min. tingkat menengah); familiar dengan sistem ERP menjadi nilai tambah
- Teliti, disiplin, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan target
- Domisili Batam atau bersedia berdomisili di Batam
