Staff PPIC

About the role

This role involves planning production, controlling inventory, managing material availability, coordinating across departments, and monitoring and evaluating production performance. The position requires expertise in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), MRP (Material Requirement Planning), capacity planning, and inventory management concepts.

• Production planning

• PPIC system development
• Conduct data analysis to improve production efficiency and inventory control
• Prepare reports, dashboards and PPIC performance analysis on a regular basis
• Problem solving for material constraints and production scheduling issues

About you

• S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or minimum 2 years as PPIC Supervisor/Head
• Good leadership capability
• Able to work analytically, systematically and target-oriented
• Coordination and communication skills
• High integrity, discipline and responsibility
• Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS Excel
