What the job involves
- We're looking for a Staff Product Manager – Managed Detection and Incident Response (m/f/x) to join our Product team
- As our client base continues to grow rapidly across Europe, this role will play a key strategic part in scaling our Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR) capabilities — Eye Security's most strategic product area
- You'll take full ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for this space. Collaborating with our engineers, product designers, security operations, product marketing, and cross-functional leadership, you will ensure that our platform evolves with our customers' needs and delivers maximum impact at scale
- This is a senior individual contributor and thought leadership role designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, discovery, and leading cross-functional product development in a fast-growing environment. You'll be the strategic voice shaping our product direction, mentoring product managers, and influencing broader company strategy
- Own and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for MDR, EDR, and IR. Define strategic priorities, influence company OKRs, and drive cross-functional alignment around product direction
- Define and own the product roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR, ensuring alignment with company vision, market opportunity, and customer needs
- Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points
- Lead and mentor product managers and junior team members. Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver successful outcomes and build high-performing teams
- Partner with Product Marketing to define comprehensive go-to-market strategies, product launches, and market positioning that drive competitive advantage
- Manage external relationships and partnerships, especially with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, ensuring alignment with our MSP and partner strategy
- Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the evolution of our internal processes, tooling, and product culture. Champion agile methodologies, data-driven execution, and continuous experimentation
Benefits
- Make an impact: Join a state-of-the-art cyber security and insurtech organisation where you get to build, scale, and work with world-class experts.
- Culture first: From our annual "Eye-cation" to quarterly company-wide events and monthly team gatherings, we work, grow, and celebrate TOGETHER.
- Time of recharge: We're generous with our time off, which includes country-specific holidays, floating holidays to celebrate what matters to you, volunteering days, and wellness/mental health days.
- Flexible working arrangements: Working in a hybrid setup from one of our offices, we give everyone the freedom to manage their own schedule with flexible working hours.
- Growth & learning opportunities: Opportunities for personal growth include working on challenging projects, participating in peer learning events, and building individual growth plans. You benefit from a complimentary learning budget, conferences, networking events, and time off for learning and development.
