What they need
Pendidikan minimal S1 atau D3 dari semua jurusan.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 hingga 3 tahun di posisi purchasing, Freshgraduate welcome
Fasih berbahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan) untuk korespondensi internasional atau vendor meeting.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan analisis pasar yang kuat.
Memahami regulasi atau dokumen pengadaan luar negeri (Purchase Order, Invoice, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit).
Menguasai komputer (terutama Microsoft Excel. Word, Sheet dll)
Membuat dokumen Purchase Order (PO) untuk vendor.
Berkoordinasi dengan divisi- divisi yangbersangkutan.
Melacak proses pengiriman barang agar tiba tepat waktu.
Memeriksa kondisi dan kualitas barang yang datang (quality control)
Menyimpan dokumen pembelian dan faktur dengan rapi.
Berkoordinasi dengan bagian keuangan untuk pembayaran.
Menjaga hubungan baik dengan vendor.
