Job Qualification – Staff Purchasing

1. Aged 22-28 years
2. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent
3. Major in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
4. At least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Staff
5. Understands the Purchasing Cycle, Procurement Process, RFQ, Purchase Order (PO), Forecasting, Vendor Evaluation, and Cost Analysis
6. Has good negotiation skills with suppliers
7. Able to perform price analysis and market comparison
8. Understands the concept of Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD)
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS)
10. Understanding of Kanban, Just in Time (JIT), or MRP systems is a plus
11. Japanese language proficiency (minimum JLPT N4) is a plus

Job Description – Staff Purchasing

1. Manage the procurement process, including Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Order (PO), and supplier coordination to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
2. Conduct supplier evaluations, price analysis, and negotiations to achieve the best Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.
3. Monitor purchasing activities, vendor performance, and inventory requirements to support production continuity.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities align with operational needs and company objectives.
5. Prepare purchasing reports and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
