What they need
- Membuat dan mengelola Purchase Order (PO) kepada supplier untuk memenuhi kebutuhan barang
- Membuat budgeting untuk pembelian inventory (persediaan barang) dan budgeting untuk pembelian kebutuhan perusahaan non inventory
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, waktu tenggang pembayaran, quantity yang diperoleh dari supplier
- Proses administrasi invoice dari supplier untuk diproses pembayaran oleh accounting
- Mengelola komunikasi dengan supplier terkait pengiriman barang, masalah kualitas, atau retur barang
- Mengontrol dan mengelola stok gudang untuk memastikan tidak ada barang fast moving yang kurang atau bahkan kosong dan meminimalisir jumlah barang slow moving dan dead stock
