Staff Recruiter

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own full-cycle recruiting for Staff-level and leadership positions, with a strong emphasis on building exceptional candidate experiences and driving successful closes. You will partner closely with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, guide organizational design discussions, and strengthen the quality and consistency of talent decisions. The position also calls for sophisticated sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber candidates in niche technical areas while helping improve recruiting workflows across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $137,000 – $183,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience for Staff-level and leadership roles, ensuring high close rates.
• Architect and execute sourcing strategies to find elite talent in niche technical fields.
• Advise VPs and Directors with data-driven insights for hiring plans and organizational design.
• Improve the recruiting workflow and maintain candidate evaluation consistency.
• Identify and engage future talent to maintain a diverse pipeline for critical roles.
