Program & Cross-Functional Ownership
Act as the automotive validation point person for assigned LiDAR programs
Interface directly with OEM customers, Tier-1s, Third-party test houses
Ensure traceability between Requirements → Test plans → Test results → FMEA closure
Identify validation gaps early and push for design or test strategy changes before late-stage surprises

5+ years of automotive hardware validation experience
Demonstrated ownership of DV/PV or qualification testing for automotive electronics
Strong working knowledge of ISO 16750, CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637

Prior experience at an OEM or Tier-1 automotive supplier
Familiarity with DFMEA, single-fault assumptions, and robustness validation
Experience coordinating multiple test labs across DV/PV phases
