Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan pengembangan produk baru dan improvement produk existing.
- Melakukan trial formula dan pengujian bahan baku.
- Membuat laporan hasil riset dan dokumentasi pengembangan produk.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Produksi dan Quality Control terkait implementasi hasil riset.
- Memastikan proses pengembangan sesuai standar mutu dan keamanan kerja.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Kimia.
- Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
- Memahami dasar formulasi dan proses produksi kimia.
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik.
Nilai Tambah
- Memiliki pengalaman di industri manufaktur kimia.
- Memahami GMP / ISO menjadi nilai plus.
