Staff - SAP Power User

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in information technology/statistic

• Required Language: English (both spoken & written)

• Have a basic knowledge about SAP.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.

• Have knowledge about Lean Manufacturing is advantage.

• SAP certification is advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

• Expertly investigate and resolve an SAP system-related problems and challenges.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up on helpdesk tickets related to SAP issues.
• Provide hands-on support and training to SAP end-users.
• Conduct regular cycle audits to review and validate SAP data, processes, and configurations.
• Create and maintain SAP reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with inventory management and finance teams to support stock counts.
• Generate SAP reports and provide accurate data for inventory, production, material status, and traceability monitoring.
• Support SAP system improvements, process standardization, and user training related to relevant transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and SAP transaction controls.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve RF-related issues
