Staff Security Engineer - Enterprise Security

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Security Engineer - Enterprise Security to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale endpoint security solutions while shaping architecture and strategy
• Build automated security operations platforms leveraging AI and software engineering
• Monitor security events and develop real-time detection systems against threats
• Conduct risk assessments and apply zero-trust principles to minimize attack surfaces
• Create and enforce unified security policies for endpoint protection
• Collaborate with multiple teams to define and drive the endpoint security strategy
• Mentor team members and share best practices in security engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security focusing on endpoint security
• Proficiency in software development with languages such as Python, Go, or Java
• Experience with deploying and maintaining endpoint security tools across multiple operating systems
• Strong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, and endpoint security concepts
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and make data-informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
