What they need

Senior C++/C# engineer to architect and build high-performance components of the Cove Data Protection SaaS product on AWS; sets coding standards and mentors engineers.

Architect, design and develop advanced components using modern C++
Lead design of scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS
Drive performance optimisation, memory management and system efficiency
Work with DevOps, Product Management and QA on releases
Set coding standards; run design/code reviews
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Ensure security, reliability and availability of the SaaS app"

10+ years hands-on C++ or C# (OOD, STL, multithreading, performance tuning)
Building/deploying SaaS products on AWS
Microservices, Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
CI/CD, Git, build tools (CMake etc.)
Strong troubleshooting, communication and leadership"
