Strong SAP HCM/Core HR(Workday) functional knowledge supporting Payroll; personnel administration, organizational data and payroll-relevant master data; actions, infotypes, effective dating and employee lifecycle events; understanding of how Core HR changes impact payroll; integration with upstream HR systems; data validation, conversion and payroll readiness.
