Staff Software Engineer - Provider Growth & Activation (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Provider Growth & Activation (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape the systems and experiences that support provider onboarding, engagement, and marketplace growth. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve provider interactions and reduce friction across the platform. The work will have direct impact on provider supply, operational efficiency, and the overall health of the marketplace.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of provider experience and marketplace dynamics
• Design robust systems to enhance provider onboarding and practice workflows
• Deliver impactful software solutions that improve provider interactions
• Drive initiatives to increase provider supply and reduce delivery friction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the right solutions quickly

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with scalable distributed systems
• Strong full-stack experience in production web applications, including modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence technical strategy
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools
• Passion for mentoring and fostering a high-performing engineering culture
• Excellent communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders
