The Role

• Collaborate with internal teams to represent the customer perspective and create scalable resources.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or B2B security environment.

• Proven experience leading technical onboarding and implementation discussions with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
