Staff Technical Program Manager, Identity and Product Safety

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager Identity And Product Safety to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,684 – $254,644 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of major Identity & Product Safety programs across the company
• Own the roadmap for protecting users' identities from sign-up to daily usage
• Design and implement strategies to combat scams, fraud, and other abuses
• Support initiatives focused on age detection and compliance with youth safety regulations
• Utilize AI to streamline program management tasks and improve decision-making workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or similar roles involving large, cross-functional engineering programs
• Experience in trust & safety, security, identity, or related domains at consumer or enterprise scale
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical matters
• Proven track record of defining and executing multi-quarter programs with various teams and stakeholders
