Staff Technical Program Manager, Managed Intelligence

MDP Engineering Group is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex technical initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and support the delivery of managed intelligence solutions. This role requires strong program leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to align project execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs from planning through delivery
• Coordinate engineering, product, and operations teams
• Establish project milestones, timelines, and success metrics
• Track dependencies, risks, and program performance
• Communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders
• Improve program workflows and delivery processes
• Ensure technical initiatives align with organizational priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Significant experience in technical program or project management
• Strong understanding of technology development and implementation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and competing priorities
• Familiarity with data, automation, or intelligence solutions is a plus

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
