Description 求人内容 - Development of screening/test methods to improve DPPM and quality - Electrical failure analysis to understand failure mode and model - Data analysis to understand commonality of failures - Development and debugging of DPPM evaluation program code 資格 Required - 3+ years of semiconductor device, FA or testing experience - Understanding of basic behavior of transistor Preferred - Skill to use C, C++, Python, Java, etc. language - Experience of massive data analysis - Work experience in NAND Flash and/or DRAM devices Exceeded - Be able to code C, C++, Python, Java, etc. programs from scratch - NAND Flash Memory experience and understand device operation of NAND
