- Menggunakan sistem reservasi (GDS seperti Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, atau sistem maskapai langsung) untuk mencari, memesan, dan mengeluarkan tiket.
- Memberikan informasi jadwal penerbangan, harga tiket, promo, serta syarat dan ketentuan perjalanan.
- Melakukan perubahan jadwal (reschedule), pembatalan (refund), atau rebooking sesuai permintaan pelanggan.
- Menangani pembayaran tiket dan memastikan transaksi tercatat dengan benar
