Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Staffing Coordinator to join the Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center team in Topsfield, Massachusetts. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met by planning, organizing, and implementing a sustainable staffing strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy to meet the company's staffing needs
• Monitor staffing needs and take proactive actions to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Collaborate with staffing agencies as needed to fill staffing gaps
• Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop strategies to address these challenges
• Assist with candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Design and plan work shift schedules to optimize staffing efficiency
• Provide support with timekeeping and payroll processing
• Create, present, and submit reports to management to track staffing metrics and trends

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role
• Long-term care facility experience preferred
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
