Staffing Coordinator

Seeking a Certified Medication Aide with Nurse Aide certification to handle scheduling for the nursing department of a continuing care retirement campus. Our levels of care include skilled and long-term care, assisted living memory care, residential care and independent living.

Experience with scheduling required. Knowledge of OnShift and Pointclickcare preferred.

Other duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the scheduling of proper staff coverage according to staffing budget
• Assist with minimizing overtime
• Providing coverage on the floor when call ins occur as needed.
• On-call responsibilities Monday - Thursday with daily bonus
• On-call responsibilities every third weekend with weekend bonus
• Assisting in dining room at noon meal
• Ensuring proper training of newly hired CNAs/CMAs
• Other duties as assigned by DON or ED
