NOW HIRING!
A skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily nursing staff schedules
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on census and facility needs
- Fill open shifts and call-offs
- Communicate with CNAs, RNs and LPNs regarding schedules
- Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules
- Assist with staffing needs, coverage and scheduling changes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous healthcare staffing or scheduling experience preferred
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CNA, RN and LPN staffing requirements a plus
