Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join our nursing team in Dyersburg, Tennessee to help ensure optimal staffing and workflow efficiency in a compassionate, long-term care setting. Our scheduler will collaborate closely with facility leaders to make a real impact on staff coordination, resident care and team support.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience with staff scheduling is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and maintain staff scheduled for facility nursing department
• Monitor daily staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure coverage
• Coordinate replacement staff for call-offs, vacations, and leave of absence
• Communicate staffing updates clearly with department managers and facility leaders
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance and staffing changes
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
• Support leadership with staffing related information and workforce planning
• Manage the facility central supply ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked
