• Typically at least 1 years’ experience in the Health Care field.

• The ability to relate to long-term care individual’s needs.

• The ability to carry out assigned tasks to completion.

• Good communication skills; must understand English; written, oral and listening.

• Must have basic knowledge of math.

• Must be able to follow facility policy and procedure.

• Must be able to observe and demonstrate proper safety and sanitary techniques.

• Must be a team player, able to work independently, and with a wide variety of individuals.

• Maintains a responsible and positive attitude.

• Good organizational skills.

• Must be able to multitask.

• Create and post schedules for nursing department, track and post changes and approve trades.

• Maintain timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work.

• Oversee payroll for nursing department.
