Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to manage nursing schedules, staffing coverage, payroll support, and daily staffing operations for our skilled nursing facility.

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules for all shifts and units
• Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal regulations
• Coordinate schedule changes, PTO, holidays, call-ins, and shift coverage
• Assist with nursing payroll, attendance tracking, and timesheet accuracy
• Maintain staffing records and scheduling software systems
• Support onboarding and scheduling for new nursing employees
• Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership and staff
• Help improve staff retention through efficient scheduling practices
• Assist with scheduling resident appointments as needed
• Provide direct care support within scope of practice when necessary

Qualifications

• Active CNA or CMA license required
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, or payroll preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
