Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship management, and organizational skills. The Staffing Coordinator will collaborate closely with hiring managers and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Duties

• Manage day to day schedule for nurses and CNA's to ensure all shifts are filled.
• Manage the monthly schedule and vacation days for nurses and CNAs.
• Conduct talent management activities including employee orientation, employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development programs.
• Help maintain projected overtime percentages as well as staff based on a ppd level.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure staffing metrics are met.
• Assist in employee relations efforts by coordinating onboarding sessions and conducting follow-up interviews or surveys.
• Work in direct care when necessary to ensure patients are cared for.
• May require being on-call.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a staffing coordinator in the Skilled Nursing setting.
• Problem solving skills
• Experience with OnShift platform
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Texas.
• Employee relations and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.21 - $26.75 per hour
