Staffing Coordinator III

Peak Performers has partnered with a major utilities company to assist in their search for a hybrid Staffing Coordinator in Allentown, PA. In this position, you will be responsible for all activities related to onboarding and offboarding internal and external employees, including setting up HR onboarding paperwork and provisioning system access.

Major duties

• Document onboarding processes for new hires, both vendor and internal personnel.
• Set up new employees in the HRIS system and administer necessary paperwork and materials.
• Partner with HR to monitor background check/drug testing statuses and confirm start-date readiness.
• Collaborate with business operations support to identify and submit IT tickets for required system, software, and hardware access.
• Manage onboarding compliance and audit-related activities, including tracking weekly timesheets, attendance, and continuing education.
• Inform new hires on initial tasks, account activations, and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines.
• Safely and securely manage sensitive and confidential employee and vendor information.
• Escalate HR or technical issues to supervisors, vendor managers, and training teams as needed.
• Manage offboarding paperwork and processes for vendor and internal hires.

What are we looking for? Minimum

• Experience working as a recruiter with strong attention to detail and relationship-building capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a cross-functional team.

Preferred

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.

• Rate: $44.00/hour
• W2 Contract
• Worksite Location: Allentown, PA
• Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in-office; Monday/Friday remote)
• Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend
