Staffing Coordinator / Med Aide

Pleasant Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is growing and we are currently hiring a Full-time Staffing Coordinator (CNA / CMA) for our skilled nursing facility. Are you someone with high energy who has a passion for quality care and service for patients. If so, we would love to consider you!

Salary range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Our Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations. The Staffing Coordinator must organize and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies. Must also work with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous staffing experience is required
• Texas CNA / CMA certificates in this state of Texas
• Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
