Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

Overview

The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring all client shifts are properly staffed with reliable and qualified caregivers. This position requires strong communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle last-minute changes. You will be responsible for matching the right caregiver to each client while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and assign caregivers to client shifts
• Handle call-offs and find last-minute coverage quickly
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families regarding schedules
• Recruit, screen, and interview caregiver applicants
• Create and do trainings
• Assist with onboarding and document collection
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems (WellSky or similar)
• Monitor caregiver attendance, punctuality, and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in staffing, scheduling, or home care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Spanish or Tagalog as a second language preferred

Compensation

$20/hr

Schedule

Full-time position (flexible availability may be required for staffing needs)

Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM
