VOS MISSIONS

1/ E-Commerce / BackOffice

• Création de contenu sur le site internet France et en support sur les marchés internationaux sur SFCC - Mise en ligne des animations et suivi des éléments (fiches produits, pages offres & contenu, homepage…) - Paramétrage des offres dans le backoffice, test & validation
• Intégration des best practices SEO
• Coordination avec les équipes CRM et Acquisition dans la mise en place des campagnes

2/ E-merchandising et Animations

• Lancement et suivi des animations (lancement produits, offres contre-achat, partenariats, événements web)
• Maintien d'un e-merchandising pertinent
• Développement d'un parcours utilisateur fluide, proposition d’éléments pour améliorer le parcours client et l’expérience marque
• Travail en collaboration avec l'équipe Web Design pour préparer l'ensemble des animations web

3/ Analyses commerciales

• Reporting quotidien et mensuel des indicateurs clés : site, trafic et performances commerciales
• Bilan des temps forts et partenariats
• Benchmark mensuel de la concurrence et par évènement promotionnel
• Recommandations d'optimisations

4/ Partenariats

• Coordination de la mise en place des partenariats (avec la marque et les différents pôles internes)
• Prospection de nouveaux partenariats
• Suivi et coordination des opérations box avec l’équipe Blissim, ainsi que le référencement des nouveaux produits

VOTRE PROFIL

• De formation Bac +4/5 (type école de commerce, IAE, université, etc.)
• Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office indispensable
• Très bon niveau d’anglais oral et écrit indispensable
• Flexible, polyvalent, sérieux, organisé, vous êtes très autonome, force de proposition et démontrez un esprit entrepreneurial.
• Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à une entreprise en fort développement. Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe.
